GENERAL INFORMATION

What is FRACTAL offsite?
FRACTAL Offsite is an immersive multi day gathering focused on music, nature, art, wellness and shared human connection in a remote environment designed around presence and intention.

 

Where is the venue located?
The exact location remains undisclosed and will be shared closer to the event date with confirmed participants only.

 

How far is the venue from Kuala Lumpur?
Estimated travel time is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours from Kuala Lumpur.

TICKETS & ENTRY

Is FRACTAL 18+ only?
Yes. Entry is strictly for guests aged 18 and above. Valid government issued photo ID is required for verification upon entry.

 

Can I buy tickets at the door?
No. Tickets are strictly available online only. No door sales under any circumstances.

 

How do I enter the festival?
Present your e-ticket QR code during check-in. A festival wristband will be issued upon arrival.

 

Do I need to wear my wristband?
Yes. Wristbands must be worn at all times throughout the event.

 

What happens if I lose my wristband?
Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced and re-entry will require a new ticket purchase.

 

Are tickets refundable?
No. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

 

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
No. Tickets are strictly non-transferable.

 

Do I need accommodation to attend?
Yes. Every participant must purchase:

  • A festival ticket

  • An on-site accommodation option

Outside accommodation is not allowed.

 

Can I leave and re-enter the venue?
No re-entry privileges are allowed.

CHECK-IN & OPERATIONS

When is check-in?
Check-in is strictly from 14:30 to 19:30 on 12 June.

 

Can I arrive early or late?
No. Early and late arrivals cannot be accommodated due to the remote nature of the venue.

 

When does the festival end?
The festival ends on 14 June at 10:00.

 

What time is check-out?
Check-out must be completed by 14:00.

TRANSPORT & PARKING

SHUTTLE SERVICE

Is parking available?
Yes, but parking is limited.

 

Do I need to register my vehicle?
Yes. All vehicles must be registered in advance to reserve a parking spot.

 

Can unregistered vehicles enter?
Unregistered vehicles may be denied entry.

 

Is there a shuttle service?
Yes. Return shuttle service from KL Sentral is available for RM40 return.

 

What are the shuttle departure times?

Departure from KL Sentral

  • 12 June — 13:30

  • 12 June — 15:30

Return from Venue

  • 14 June — 13:00

  • 14 June — 15:00

Seats are limited and assigned. Please arrive early for boarding.

ACCOMMODATION

What accommodation options are available?

  • Riverside cabins

  • Dorm rooms

  • Campsites

 

Does accommodation include festival entry?
No. Accommodation and festival tickets are sold separately.

 

Are accommodation bookings refundable or modifiable?
No. All accommodation bookings are final once confirmed.

 

Will I receive accommodation details before arrival?
Yes. Check-in codes and accommodation details will be sent to your registered email before the event.

CAMPSITE POLICY

Can I choose my campsite location?
No. Campsites are assigned upon check-in.

 

Can I stay together with friends?
Yes, but you must arrive and check in together.

 

What is included in the campsite?

  • Tent

  • Bed

  • Fan

  • Light

  • One power outlet

 

Can I use high-power appliances?
No. Power outlets are for light usage only such as phone charging.

 

Who is responsible for campsite equipment damage?
Guests will be charged full replacement cost for any damage, misuse or loss.

 

Are organisers responsible for lost items?
No. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

ACTIVITIES & ENVIRONMENT

Can I explore outside the venue grounds?
No. Guests must remain within designated festival grounds at all times.

 

Can I join activities late?
Late arrivals may not be allowed once activities begin.

 

Are activities optional?
Activities are curated as part of the overall FRACTAL experience and participants are encouraged to follow the official programme.

SHOWER & TOILET FACILITIES

Are showers and toilets available?
Yes. Shared shower and toilet facilities are available across 6 locations onsite.

 

What is provided?

  • Body wash

  • Shampoo

 

What should I bring yourself?

  • Towels

  • Toothbrush and toothpaste

  • Personal toiletries

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Are meals included?
Yes. Full board meals are provided including:

  • Breakfast

  • Lunch

  • Dinner

Vegetarian and meat options will be available.

 

Can I buy additional food or drinks onsite?
Yes. Additional purchases available include:

  • Coffee

  • Juice

  • Alcohol

  • Cup noodles

  • Snacks

 

Can I bring outside food?
No outside food is allowed onsite.

 

Can I cook onsite?
No cooking is allowed anywhere within the venue.

WATER & SUSTAINABILITY

  • Will drinking water be available?
    Yes. Free drinking water is available throughout the venue.

  • What should I bring?
    Please bring your own refillable water bottle or container.

  • Are glass containers allowed?
    No. Glass containers are strictly prohibited.

  • What is the no trash policy?
    FRACTAL operates on a leave no trace principle. Please dispose of waste responsibly using designated waste separation stations.

FESTIVAL POLICY

  • Is photography allowed?
    No photography or video recording is allowed during the event.

  • Are drones allowed?
    No drones are permitted onsite.

  •  

  • Can I post on social media during the festival?
    FRACTAL encourages a fully present and distraction free environment with no social media usage during the event.

  • Why are these policies enforced?
    The experience is designed to be lived in the moment rather than documented.

SAFETY & BEHAVIOUR

  • What behaviour is prohibited?

  • Discrimination

  • Harassment

  • Homophobia

  • Aggressive behaviour

  • Unsafe conduct

  • Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

  • What should I do if I feel unsafe?
    Please approach any staff member or security personnel immediately.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Outside food and beverages

  • Illegal substances

  • Glass containers

  • Weapons or self-defense items

  • High-power electronic devices

  • Cooking equipment

  • Open flames

  • Fire pits

  • Gas stoves

  • Candles

  • Fireworks and firecrackers

PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION

  • Can I bring prescription medication?
    Yes, but all medication must:

  • Be declared at security checkpoint

  • Be accompanied by valid prescription and ID

  • Remain in original packaging

  • Be limited to a maximum 3 day supply

  • Undeclared or unverified medication may be confiscated.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

  • Will medical support be available onsite?
    Yes. Medical assistance will be available throughout the event.

    Approach the nearest staff or security personnel immediately.

LOST & FOUND

  • Where is lost & found located?
    At the entrance service desk.
